Jordan’s goal to assist you with basic foundations of money management skills and budgeting. He believes in the importance of providing the tools to rebuild good credit and helping you understand how your credit affects your daily life. Jordan wants clients to feel comfortable reaching out to Day Group, knowing that while the initial call can be difficult, his nonjudgmental and experienced team is there to support every step of the way.
Jordan is also an active speaker on financial literacy and insolvency topics, frequently presenting to various organizations across the provinces

Shanna has been working in the consumer insolvency industry since 2016. Shanna is both a qualified Insolvency Administrator and a registered BIA Counsellor. She has been helping individuals and couples find solutions to resolve their financial difficulties.
Shanna has a strong passion for helping others and takes pride in the work that she does. She provides her personal touch to help alleviate the heavy burden of financial stress by working with people to find the best solution for their needs.
In her spare time, Shanna enjoys reading, singing, playing the piano and spending time with her husband. She also enjoys road trips to the mountains and enjoying the great outdoors.
